Things I Wish Kamala WOULD Say...

7 Days Until Election Day

It's hard to believe, but seven days from now, we'll be voting.

And tonight, Kamala Harris is going to make her closing argument. She's going to give a big speech, and nobody knows what she's going to say. But I can tell you the things I wish she would say.

She's got some business she's got to handle: Trump is still beating her up on the economy and inflation, still beating her up on the border, and still has some attraction for Black men.

And so this is really her last opportunity to try to poke a hole in that stuff. And I’ll tell you how I would do it if I were in her position today.

The first thing I would try to point out is that Trump is Mr. Inflation. I would call him Mr. Inflation, king of inflation, the father of inflation.

Why? Because what he wants to do to this economy is going to send prices through the roof for two reasons.

His idea for tariffs is just going to drive prices up for Americans.

And I think she said that in different ways. But I just think for normal, everyday Americans, you got to say Trump is going to be the king of inflation.

These tariffs are going to hurt your pocketbook like you can't believe. If you think prices are bad now, wait until Trump gets a hold of it.

But it's not just the tariffs. His big plan to deport millions and millions of workers is going to make the labor market smaller, which will drive up the price of labor. That's also inflationary.

Both of his big ideas are going to drive prices up.

If you get rid of all the workers, the ones that are remaining can ask for more money, and they will. Prices will go up. And if you slap on all these tariffs, prices will go up.

She's got to turn his strength on the economy and his strength on immigration into a weakness by making him the king of inflation.

And the last thing is with Black guys. We've all missed a big opportunity here. Donald Trump is planning to crack down violently on Black men. Donald Trump says Project 2025 is not his agenda. And since we know Donald Trump never lies, you’ve got to believe him! But if you throw Project 2025 in the garbage and look at Agenda 47, which is his actual program, it's worse.

Agenda 47 explicitly says he's going to mandate that every police department in the country engage in stop and frisk.

Now, we know that when police unleash that program of stopping everybody and frisking them for whatever they've got, it's 80-90% against young black men.

So Kamala Harris is promising to lift the Black community up. He's promising to lock the Black community up.

He's saying that the federal government is going to get involved in dealing with every street crew.

In other words, if your kid winds up hanging around with the wrong folks, they can go to federal prison.

Federal prison.

However cool he sounds on the podcast and hanging out with the bros and whatever, his actual plan on his website is a nightmare for young men of color. And that's consistent with everything he's ever been about.

So I think you got to go hard at him. Call him Mr. Inflation, the father of inflation. Make sure people understand that what he's talking about is going to be horrible for the economy. And then really beat him up on what he wants to do to young men of color. The Trump crackdown.

I would say:

“Donald Trump wants to lock you up.”

“I want to lift you up.”

And that's what I would say. We'll see what she does.
